Kolonilotter

Kolonilotter are tiny, tiny cottages where the Swedish "recharge their batteries with the help of nature and some healthy gardening." According to the walking guide I downloaded, they are constantly being fought over because everyone wants to buy one, but no one is selling.  Very strange because they are literally one, maybe two rooms, so I can't imagine why people would pay top dollar.  While they are built on hills giving them all great scenic views, I don't think I would pay hundreds of thousands for them.
